Anthony holds a bachelor's form Georgetown’s school of foreign service, and got his masters in economics from Plekhanov while developing real estate in Moscow. David holds a Ph.D. in experimental physics from ETH in Zurich. After post-doctoral positions at UC San Diego and CERN he joined EPFL managing a research project with Hewlett Packard. In 2000 he co-founded Genimedia SA (Lausanne) developing video quality analytic software and managed sales in Europe. He joined the team as employee # 1 from the MMSPG labs at EPFL.

He has advised leading companies on cyber-security strategy, including assessing their vulnerabilities through penetration tests. He has also provided technology assurance, audit and consulting services to major Banks across United Kingdom, Ireland and Switzerland. During the past 11 years he has set up and run a number of business critical systems for the asset management industry, including portfolio and risk management solutions as well as enterprise data management platforms and data warehouses. Sébastien advises QI on IT strategy, will help source new hires and puts his extensive network to use.
Prof. Hadar received the BSc, the MSc (cum laude) and the PhD degrees from the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Israel, in 1990, 1992, and 1997, respectively, all in electrical and computer engineering. The prestigious Clore Fellowship supported his PhD studies. In 1999 Prof. Hadar joined the Communication Systems Engineering Department at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Currently, he is a Professor and was the head of the department between 2012-2018. His research interests include image compression, advanced video coding, H.264, SVC, HECV, packet video, transmission of video over IP networks, and image processing, data hiding and cyber in compressed video streaming. Since 2011, Prof. Hadar is an Associate Editor of the Optical Engineering journal. From August 2015 Prof. Hadar to February 2016, he was in Sabbatical as a visiting Professor at Electrical Engineering Dept. at UCLA. Prof. Hadar also works as a consultant of various Hi-Tech companies in Israel, and is a Senior member of IEEE and SPIE.

She has first hand knowledge of tech start ups as well as the Swiss and European legal system.

Jiangtao (Gene) Wen received the BS, MS and Ph.D. degrees with honors from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in 1992, 1994 and 1996 respectively, all in Electrical Engineering. From 1996 to 1998, he was a Staff Research Fellow at UCLA, where he conducted research on multimedia coding and communications. Many of his inventions were later adopted by international standards such as H.263, MPEG and H.264. Some of his inventions were licensed to Samsung in the largest patent licensing agreement in the history of the highly ranked UCLA School of Engineering. After UCLA, he served as the Principal Scientist of PacketVideo Corp. (NASDAQ: WAVE/DCM), the CTO of Morphbius Technology Inc., the Director of Video Codec Technologies of Mobilygen Corp (NASDAQ: MXIM), the Senior Director of Technology of Ortiva Wireless (NASDAQ: ALLT) and consulted for Stretch Inc., Ocarina Networks (NASDAQ: DELL) and QuickFire Networks (NASDAQ: FB). Since 2009, Dr. Wen has held a Professorship at the Department of Computer Science and Technology of Tsinghua University. He was a Visiting Professor at Princeton University. Dr. Wen's research focuses on multimedia processing and communications over challenging networks and computational photography. He has authored many widely referenced papers in related fields. Products deploying technologies that Dr. Wen developed are currently widely used worldwide. Dr. Wen holds 35 granted US patents with numerous others pending. Dr. Wen was an Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions Circuits and Systems for Video Technologies (CSVT), a member of the IEEE Data Compression Conference. Among his numerous honors are the 2010 IEEE Trans. CSVT Best Paper Award, nomination for the 2016 IEEE Trans CSVT Best Paper Award, back to back Gold Medals in the 2018 and 2019 Salon International Des Inventions Geneve, 2018 IEEE DCC Capocelli Prize, Google Faculty Research Award 2018, 1st Place in the 2017 IEEE ICME Twitch Grand Challenge, finalist for the World's First 10K Best Paper Award at the ICME 2017, a 2016 - 2017 Asia Pacific Signal and Information Processing Association Distinguished Lecturer and the 2016 Frost & Sullivan Global Enabling Technology Leadership Award. Dr. Wen was elected a Fellow of the IEEE in 2011. He is the Director of the Research Institute of the Internet of Things of Tsinghua University, and a Co-Director of the Ministry of Education Tsinghua-Microsoft Joint Lab of Multimedia and Networking and Apple-Tsinghua Joint Lab. Besides teaching and conducting research, Dr. Wen also invests in high technology companies as an angel investor.
